• Minimum Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25 years or older.

• Rental Agreement & Identity Verification: The primary guest must complete and sign our rental agreement and upload a copy of their government-issued identification within 48 hours to secure the reservation. An email with a link to fulfill these requirements will be sent to the registered email address.  Additionally, for stays lasting 28 days or more, all adult guests will be subject to an identity and background check.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
